Understanding Capitalism

Most people are befuddled by economics, and who can blame them? Big meaningless terms thrown around by politicians and professors – and they all seem to be saying something different.

If you are like me and enjoy it, you can learn by reading hundreds of pages from various sources. I would heartily recommend anything by Adam Smith, watch any of the interviews online at YouTube with Milton Friedman, or perhaps if you like your reality in novel form, dig into Ayn Rand’s weighty books: Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged (I liked reading them in that order).

But for the rest of the world a simple explanatory 5 minute video may accomplish the same purpose – try it:
